Milind R Upasani

He has a master's degree in business administration specializing in marketing. He started his business at the age of 25, manufacturing and installing Fibreglass and Polycarbonate Skylights as well as covers for a wide variety of machines including biomedical equipments. Some of his projects include the Dinanath Mangeshkar Hospital Dome, the Vascon, Kalyaninagar building Dome and the Rutugandh Hotel Dome. Along with this, he also manufactures and installs skylights all over India and exports them to the U.S.A and the Middle East. He is considered as one of the leading figures in the composites industry. He has received many accolades and awards for his work, including the Parkhe award of MCCI as well as the innovation award for a 20 metre dome from JEC Paris. He owns and operates a fitness club, SLF Fitness and Athletic Training Centre as well. In 2010 he constructed a four storied building of 10000 sq. ft. in Bavdhan which he owns and is presently leased out. He has an experience of more than 30 years in civil and mechanical engineering. He owns the property free and clear and is planning to foray into the real estate world by developing Sai Chambers.

Ganesh Chavan

The Co-owner, is the engineer born and brought up in Pune. Since 1994 he is in various types of businesses ranging from electronics to civil. He is/was associated with many national and international companies like Apple, Hindustan Unilever, Panasonic, Philips, LG, Reliance Jio etc. as their distributor. His first civil engineering project "Dnyanai" admeasuring about 5000 sq. ft. which is a commerical cum residencial complex in the heart of the city was completed about the decade ago. Mr Chavan is also coming up with another prestigious residencial project named "Chinar Apartment" on university road, opposite The Pride Hotel.

On the social side he runs a charitable trust to help the down trodden and the needy from the society.
